Module I — Introduction and Context Setting
This is the first module of the LET4CAP’s free online course. This module is subdivided into two parts, dedicated to the European Union and law enforcement capacity building in third countries and to the knowledge of transfer processes. The objective of these two parts is to familiarize with the EU diplomatic security/crisis management, development and understand the definition and implications of different activities: Mentoring, Monitoring, Advising, Training.
