My buddy experienced a premium spike after relocating just a few blocks away talk about a rude awakening. Makes you wonder how much of it is data driven vs. some algorithm spitting out numbers. Remember that time I moved and suddenly parking became a battlefield, scratches multiplied, and then surprise insurance went up. Suddenly the Connections Game felt a lot more real figuring all that out.
