If you’ve already taken the TSAC-F, what’s the one thing you wish someone had warned you about?

I’m working through the Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) material right now, and I’m realizing that knowing general strength and conditioning principles isn’t always enough. The tactical application seems to require a different way of thinking.

I came across this resource while looking for some extra questions to work through: https://www.practicetestmaster.com/tsac-f-practice-test.html

For those who have taken the exam, what topic did you underestimate going into it? Was it programming, conditioning, assessment, recovery, or something related specifically to tactical populations?

I’m especially curious about the questions that made you rethink your answer. Did you encounter situations where two options seemed technically correct, but one made more sense for the demands of a tactical population?

If you could give one very specific piece of advice to someone starting TSAC-F prep today, what would it be?
